Please Help!

hi, i have a netwworking problem i need help with

I have setup a LAN connection between 2 computer.

One is running vista and one is running XP

my vista comp connects to the internet via USB cable modem and i am trying to have my XP comp access thee internet through my vista comp.

File sharing and printing from my XP to my vista comp is not a problem
But i cant seem to connect to the internt from my XP.

Anny suggestiosn would be good.!

Goto control panel - network connections - right click your local connection (or wireless connection if that is what you are using) - click properties - click (once to highlight) on the Internet protocol (TCP/IP) then click properties.

Click on Use the following IP address.
