All ready have a psu, ram(might get better ram), OS, cd and dvd drives, and hard drives.
Is this good?

The cpu and case will work for an AMD build unless you go for the 6400+ X2 model. XFX and some other brands of video cards lack when compared to BFG, EVGA, MSI, Asus. Foxconn does lack when compared to Gigabyte, Asus, MSI, Abit, DFI, and a few others while not being quite the low ender an Asrock or a few others fall into.

The most you will be able to OC would be about ~3.2-3.3 stable. I see alot with the 6000 that can't get past 3.15-3.2 stable. IF you want to overclock the E6550 is a nice match, it costs $170 and a maybe a Gigabyte P35 DS3L $99

Edit: if you think about it, a 0.2 OC isn't a whole lot :P

or maybe this video card

MSI NX8600GT Twin Turbo GeForce 8600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

if this isnt a good card, then what would be?

MSI makes great cards. I've used them on 3 separate builds already both NVidia and ATI models. Once you go into the fastest stock model cpu for any socket type there generally isn't a lot of head room for ocing. It's just the way it goes. The best ocer in the Socket A Atholon XP line was the Barton cored XP2500. Once an XP3200 saw a lowered fsb it was displayed as a 2500+. That and the 3400+ were the fastest pair in that series.

I'd go Intel... they overclock better. And if your planning on gaming a lot (seeing your name would make me think so) you might want a better GPU. The 8800GT is a good choice.

your machine allow you to do some very mild gaming...
I would suggest you get a 8600GTS, but it all depends on your budget.

Ya ive been looking at the 8600GTS, but i dont know which one to get since there so many on newegg.

Im not going to overclock.

You have made that statement before and never gave any proof. XFXs are good video cards, just as good as EVGA and MSI in my opinion better than BFG. Give some kind of evidence/proof of this, not just your opinion.

Skip the GDDR2's, and go right to the GDDR3's... Look at the rebates. Word of advice : READ THE REVIEWS AND STARS
