Well, i just upgraded my motherboard a few days ago..Its been working fine untill i tryed turning it on for the first time today. There is no signal on the 2 monitors iv tried, i have also tryed my older videocard (radeon x1600xt) to see if my x1950 wasnt working. Well, neither of the cards display a picture on the screen. Can this be my PCI-E slot? System in sig.

:(

I hope this isnt the first gigabyte board that dies on me!

Are you sure you are pushing the cards in all the way? It is a very common mistake to think a card is dead, when in actual fact it is just not seated properly. It is a possibility it could be the PCI-E Slot, is your graphics card warming up if you leave your computer on?

Did you go as far to the back clip clicks in?

Are you plugging in the 6pin?

Is there any dust/blown capacitors able to be seen?

I have tryed my old motherboard, and still no video on the screen. I have tryed 3 different PCI-Express cards, and two monitors.

Does this sound like a PSU problem?
