I want my resoulution bigger but when I do the writing is weird and its hard to read it

Are you using an LCD monitor? If this is the case you may have to visit

http://www.microsoft.com/typography/cleartype/tuner/Step1.aspx

in Internet Explorer (will not work in Firefox).

And turn on ClearType and see if that helps.

If you're using a CRT monitor, the text is probably just too small to read.

just hit control and scroll your mouse wheel.

down makes text bigger, up makes it smaller.
works on most text. great for when reading forums.
