Well that "someone" doesn't know what he's talking about. He is right in saying that the manufacturer does lock out any overclocking abilities and advanced tweaking options, but "resetting" is the wrong word. Resetting it by clearing the jumper or other means will just revert everything to defaults, but will NOT unlock any options.No, before I'm 100% sure that someone posted on CF saying that sometimes manufacturers block the OC option out, but you un-block it by resetting the BIOS.
