Hi, i cant remember what name its called, but i know some people use it here, it is that software that some one has in there sig help for mankind , and it uses multiple computers instead of 1 computer, and like we have a number for a score? can some one remind me and provide me a link

also one dude said the program likes quads

xxxalpinexxx80 since you have a quad core. you'll want to properly utilize to run F@H at home correct? You will need the SMP F@H client to do so. Which you can get here http://www.stanford.edu/~kasson/folding/Folding@Home Windows SMP Client.EXE and you will need to follow these instructions http://fahwiki.net/index.php/How_do_I_install_the_SMP_Console_client_in_Windows_Vista? This will require that you set a password for your user account before you run the "install.bat" file, just a heads up.

No, as it is a single threaded client, meaning it will only utilize one core fully. The SMP client is the only one that is multi-threaded for dual and quad cores. It is really simple actually. The install instructions just overcomplicate it.
