How to change my connection from LAN to public internet?

It's a lan connection but i wanna make it a public connection and i don't have a router so cannot do Port mapping. Is there anyway?

You mean you want to share your wireless signal? Just take off the Wep key, make it have no security..
If you dont have a router, you dont have wireless. If you dont have wireless you cant share it publicly.

not the network that share the connection with others but External networks which means the IP is given by the server.

From what i can tell you are using a server and you want to allow people to get internet access from the server?
