video card question

i have a geforce xfx 8400gs, but i need something more, i was thinking this card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150260 is this good, i wana spend like 100-150, i play wow, CS:S, bf2, i want something that will play my COD4 , gow, halo2, and gta sa better

The 3850 is alot better card than the 8600GT or GTS

I agree, I like nvidia too. But in the below 170 range the 3850 is a really good card, above that the 8800GT.

cuz im anti ATi im only for geforce, i have had bad experiences with ati and im more comfortable with geforce. what if i get an xfx ddr3 256mb 8600gt, will it be better than a ddr2 8400gs 512mb?

Well OK, but yea the 8600GT would be better than the 8400GS. If you really want a 8600 I would get this one

I agree with StrangleHold, if you want to uprage from the 8400 you might as well go GTS with the 8600 instead of GT.
