Help with excel please!

I am making a grade book in excel. And im trying to make it if a grade is lower than 40, to say "bad" or something.

=IF(I10<60,"Failed", IF(I10>=92,"high Honors", IF(I10>=88,"honors","")))

Thats the IF statement i have now.

your statement is ok, it shud work. make sure you have the proper values in those cells
i studied and passed excel but due to my job i don't use it aymore, so i forget everything about it
