Best brand of RAM ?

I was possibly thinking of upgrading my ram because i know someone who was thinking about getting more so i would sell them mine and get better stuff. I currently have corsair XMS2 DDR2 800. My question is are there any better brands of ram or is the corsair xms2 pretty good stuff? Would i benefit really from going from ddr2 800 to ddr2 1066? Thanks
 
Corsair is one if not the best along with Kingston, also take into account OCZ and G.Skill. I think you would only feel a small difference from 800Mhz to 1066Mhz, improvement though could be seen on benchmarks I reckon but I'm not 100% sure on that one.
 
Does anyone else know if there would be much difference going from ddr2 800 to ddr2 1066? or is it not worth the upgrade?
