Harddrive switch possible?

Hey ya'll I'm new to this site, here's whats happening, I have one hard drive with Windows XP installed on it with it being the Primary Drive, and another hard drive with Windows Me installed (secondary drive) on it since some games seem to work better on that O/S. is there anyway to switch to the secondary drive instead of having to restart the computer and changing the main settings to go to the secondary drive when starting up? Hope I was clear enough for ya'll Thanks for any help or tips on this.
