Nod32 10+ hours long? no result safemode? rolling same file?

(OP's personal note: latest scan on emachine)

1:
I was using nod32 trial. I scan on my #1 computer on safemode which shows a black window with letters rolling up. Came back see empty desktop.... nod32 disapear and no result. What happend? If it is done scanning it should show results right?

2:
I was also scanning on my #2 computer on safemode black window rolling up. Came back to check and my computer crashed! I thinki it is due to RegRun interference.

3:
Latest scan in safemode black window with letters rolling up..... scan when sleep.... woke up... still see black window with letters rolling up. It has been 10+ hours! seriously! even now as im speaking! is it normal? or something is wrong? and also as I put my face close to the screen and stare at it while letting roll up..... I see it is scanning my program folders/game folder..... it been scanning the same file over and over! roll up, roll up, roll up, roll up with same file! it been for 10min now. is this normal?
- athlon64 3200+
- 160gb HDD
- 1.5gig ram
- XP home

Who can confirm these 3 problems?

I download it stright from Eset official site. Cant do hijackthis log right now as it is still scanning as im speaking.

About when it scan same file over and over.... it finally move to other file. It has been about 11-12 hours now and still scanning.... whats up? 160gb is not that big is it? is this normal? I never scan this long before with other anti-virus.
 
Do you know the name of the file it is getting stuck on?

If it is a vundo variant, they will recreate themselves before they can be healed or deleted. This may be what is going on.

Do you have Spybots Tea Timer turned on? Or another program that protects files from being modified?

it was a game file called tribes vengeance that I play. It scan on other files now.

Nothing but nod32 scanner is running. it is in safemode.

still scanning....



edit: jus went to check and finally done! but then again.... it just disapear! nod32 scanner just disapear! what happend???? it should show results of the scan!???? is this normal? this is 2nd time it dont show result... is it supolse to not show? I scanned nod32 in safemode with my othe rcomputer before it doesnt show result and jus disapear when its done! now scanning with another computer and it happend again! scanning for 11-12 hours and when done jus disapear! what happend?

I don't know, maybe with the trial version you don't get to see the results? I have no idea.

well at first I was mainly want to know why nod32 scan for so long 11-12 hours and when done no result show... but its great for you to check my hijackthis log file as well. I'll go to the computer and run hijackthis... will post log soon.
