How can i find my primary and seconday DNS for my PS3, by using my computer??

I have windows XP , and a amethyst router.

oh yeah by the way going on , run > cmd > ipconfig /all only shows default gateway and ip. It doesnt show the DNS server

Your DNS is most likely resolved by your router locally, and is most likely 192.168.1.1 or a close variation.

ipconfig /all does in fact show DNS, it does for me. I have time warner and it shows a rr server for DNS.

That is because your machine is resolving DNS from your router. What IP does it list.

In cmd try this.

nslookup 192.168.1.1

replace the 192 IP with the IP that it lists in ipconfig. What are the results?
