ya .. that PSU came with so many ... was a pain trying to find a place for the ones i didnt use so it wouldnt disrupt airflow from the bottom case fan. but it all worked out. but look at the bright side all these extra wires i can easily add more hard drives and such without having to get a new PSU

Open the Start Menu, Right Click the properties of the folder you want to move (Music, Documents, Pictures), Click the "Locations" tab, and Click "Move." You can move the folders to any partition you would like. I'd recommend creating a partition on an independent hard drive for the files.

If all you want to do is move your "My Documents" folder to a different hard drive then all you have to do is right click on "My Documents" icon on desktop. click on properties. In target location box, change c to d or whatever drive you want to put them on and click apply, it will ask you if you want to do this, click yes. now your "My Documents" will be on a separate drive or partition from the operating system. This allows formatting and restalling windows so much easier.

Sorry, if you're using XP, then you need to move the "My Documents" folder. That should automatically move your Music, Pictures and Video folders to the location you choose.

Do it from the Start Menu. If the My Documents folder is unavailable in the Start Menu, Right Click the Start Menu button -> Properties -> Customize -> Advanced tab -> Under My Documents, Click "Display as a link." Re-enter the start menu and follow the steps johnb35 described.
