High CPU

Ok searched the net and of course getting alot of conflicting answers. Time to ask the pros!

I run alot of graphics (picture and video editing).
Now I have applications while processing will use 92% to 100% CPU.
This is being used about 5 hours plus a day constant.

What risks am I running or problems that I may face running at this high CPU?
How bad is it for my computer?
Is it even a concern? (I am aware that other apps will be sluggish)

My computer details are in my sig.
 
CPUs run at high loads all the time. The thing to you need to watch for is the tempurature of it.

Have you tried SpeedFan to monitor it? If so, can you post up the temps it gives you?

Speedfan is a POS, when i have it installed my fan does not speed up ever and if i set it to speed up at certain temp it speeds only at 100 for a few seconds.

But when i had it installed it is mid 50's degrees celcius normal temp, and when i run sim city which uses 100% it rises to 62 degrees celcuis.

I have PC wizard and normal operating temp is:

Processor 57 Degrees C
Hard Dish 46 Degrees C

temps didnt change after running for a few minutes

Ok... You asked for help, I suggested something you could do in order to give a more accurate answer...

However, if those temps are accurate, your CPU is fine. Your HDD is rather high, but not to panic limits.

ok i was worried i might be damaging internals.......sorry if i came out a little harsh......my computer is really annoying me at the moment
