ok in the CPU-z program under timings inDRAM frequency it says 376MHz
an then under SPD it say PC2-6400(400MHz) this is the computer in my sig!
my MOBO suports up to DDR2 1066 my processer says it suports PC2-6400 800MHz

Your RAM is only 400MHz. DDR2-800 is 400MHz RAM that transmits data twice per cycle (dual data rate...hence why standard SD-RAM PC100 actually is 100MHz) giving it a theoretical rate of 800MHz. Same way Intel says their FSB is 1333 MHz...it's only 333MHz transmitting 4 times per cycle.

So no don't worry about it, that's normal.

If it really really bothers you you could change the multiplier to 14 and up the fsb speed to 215 (not all at once, for pete's sakes...if you don't know what i'm talking about please don't try right away ;))

should it be like that or is it a problem it is 15

Its that way with all Odd multiplier AM2 athlons. If you want to you can Drop your Hypertransport from X5 to X4 and start bumping up your CPU Bus speed from 200 up a few MHZ at a time and your Memory speed will increase. Your X2 6000 should get to around 3.175 to 3.2ghz before you need to bump up the voltage
