Can I add another DVD burner with only one IDE port?

I'm pretty sure you cant with only one IDE channel, however you can buy PCI cards that give you more(usually one). Alternatively if you have a SATA port you could use that.
 
as has been mentioned here so far, your board has six SATA connections including one external SATA connector.

SATA burners are about the same price as IDE ones now, I have one running in my system at the moment. Simply pick one of them up instead. Alternatively pick up an external burner and use the external SATA connector

he already has that. he is looking to connect a 3rd IDE device, which can't be done unless you buy a SATA-IDE adapter or a PCI card with IDE extensions. either way the money you spend would have been better spent on just getting a SATA drive.
 
Each IDE channel can only support two devices, as others have said you would need to either buy an IDE controller add-on card, or buy a SATA DVD Burner.
