Will this PC cope?

Will these specs be ok for games like COD4, Crysis, Cs:Source...etc.

Processor: AMD Athlon™64 X2 5200+ Dual-Core CPU HTT
MoBo: Asus M2A-VM AMD 690G Chipset
Memory: 2048MB [1024MB X2] DDR2-800 PC6400
GfX Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS 512MB w/DVI + TV Out
HD: 160 GB HARD DRIVE [Serial-ATA-II, 3Gb, 7200 RPM, 8M Cache

Let me know what you guys think...

It will not play Crysis or CoD4 at anywhere near decent framerates, although it will play CSS around low/medium settings fairly well.

it's the video card thats holding you back. Theres also NO reason to get a 512MB version of the 8400GS.

Well it depends on your budget, but if you don't mind spending around $160 then the ATI 3850 would be a great choice, or the 8800GT if you can afford over $240. However if you are on a very tight budget, I would go with at least an 8600GT(S).

We are currently with the 8800's. 8400 is just too outdated for newer games.

The 8400 isn't outdated, as the card is still fairly new. The 8400 isn't a card designed for playing high end games, and are intended more for HTPC type computers and people who just want DX10.

The 7800GT is better.
