AS Rock Conroe 1333 Motherboard
1pci express x16, 1 pci express x1, 3 pci, 4 sata 2 ports, 8 usb,2 ram slots

case
heatsink and fan
2 case fans
600 watt power supply
core 2 duo 2.33Ghz, 1333 fsb cpu

295 plus tax = 320 for the BAREBONES

I completed the computer for a little under 600 dolllars,

320 gb sata 16mb buffer 7200 rpm seagate hd for 65
4gb corsair pc2-6400 ram for 70
GDDRII diamond viper ATI X1650 512mb pci express x16 for 35 dollars
creative labs sound blaster 7.1 sound card for 30
light on OEM light scribe all write 20x dvd writer 30

$295 is OK.
But the MB you mention is 945G, outdated. And Asrock is not really good brand.
No idea what PSU you've got, can't comment.

That PSU is most likely those eBay PSU's you see floating around. I have 1, and it won't power a Q6600, but for you it might be OK.

The company is Echo Star, i have no concept of what a good psu is, i just thought power was all that mattered. By the way i have a 550 watt minimum for my video card, this 600 watt power supply barely cuts it, do you think i should be concerned. I haven't actually put this together yet.

A quality psu is primarily characterized by the manufacturor of which it is made, Echo Star being a poor brand. Antec/Ocz/Corsair/PCP & cooling are some good PSU brands, to mention a few.
