Overclock CPU and GFX

What motherboard do you have? I would use RivaTuner or ATI Tool for overclocking the video card, and since you seem new to overclocking just start by raising the FSB.
 
Well as I was saying earlier, for starters just go into the BIOS and raise the FSB, I wouldn't mess with voltages or tweaking the RAM timings yet.
 
I would like to go from 2.66 to at least 3 something..what would i need to do in order to do that? I swtiched the FSB to 0.1v

Err I think you might have your terms messed up. It looks like you just increased your voltage by 0.1 and that wouldn't increase your performance alone at all. The FSB and multiplier are the ones you should try playing with first. Just remember that FSB x Multiplier = CPU Clock Speed. Example my FSB is 200 Mhz and my multiplier is 12 so my CPU clock speed is 2400Mhz or 2.4 Ghz.

Sounds like you increased the FSB termination voltage, what you want to raise is the FSB speed, it should be 266MHz by default.
