I've ordered the Tuniq Tower, but just now, I've read that it isn't compatable with the 965P-S3, is this true?

I've got the 3.3 version...
 
yes its true, but if your any good with a dremel, simply cut out the fins that are getting in the way, it wont hurt the towers performance, and you will end up with a cold processor, and a really cold capacitor.
 
I just found these pictures, this is the 965P-S3, right?

It looks as if I could just turn the plat at the bottom around?

You think? I can't tell if that's the S3 board, or the DS3?

The capacitors all look like they're in different places (around the CPU) than my board when I look at the two of them...
 
Yeah, it does look as if it says that doesn't it... here's a picture of my MOBO, the 3.3 version, you can see the difference in the placement of the capacitors and such :( :o

Yeah, I see what you're sayin'. In the first picture, it looks like the plate sits above the capacitors without making contact. Hopefully the same is true with your board.

Yeah, I noticed that also, I'm hoping it's the case... :o

Are they very similiar, the Tuniq Tower and the Ultra Extreme?
