Ultra Chilltech Thermal Electric CPU Cooler

I don't really think you should spend $130 on a HSF, as you could get a perfectly good CPU cooler for under $60. It looks like it's quiet, but it doesn't say anywhere the CFM. It looks like it would be a pretty good HSF, (and I can't lie, it looks pretty cool), but I would say no HSF is worth that money.

Yeah, I figured it was way too much, but is is pretty freaking cool looking =P
After I posted, I watched the video.
They turned it on, and the only way I knew it was on was because of the click and the blue LED.
 
I'm not doubting it's not a really good HSF. I'm just saying you could get one that cools just as well, is as quiet, (might not look as cool), but will be half the price or less.
