checking for hijacks:
hello all i would lik to say from my experience that a system being hijacked can be identified from certain properties as follows:
1) ur taskbar cant be unlocked / hidden. even if u try u cant hide it
right click on taskbar-->lock/hide the taskbar.
2) all the hide/unhide commands for files does not work
3) u ll have lots of unknown processes running at the same time
4) system runs slow
5) IE becomes problematic
6) certain web pages wont open, r error messages will appear.
to make ur system speedy:
just download a uniblue power suite , install and just run lik an antivirus software .
it ill delete all ur temp files, internet files, etc. dont worry it wont delete other important ones.
u can view ur system performance easily thro that software.
