if your systems running fine then that missing information doesnt realy matter and you wont need to format.
i cant believe they told you that a format is needed for that......stupid tech support.
on that screen your on click on "Windows experience index" and click "Update my score" on the right of the screen and see if this puts the information on there for you.

DO NOT FORMAT!!!!! DO A REPAIR OR UPGRADE!!!! (same thing, instead of formating u just reinstall windows but everything is the same when the upgrade/repair is complete).

it helps ..but when i got into the step where u delete the repositionary folder.i couldnt ..and no one would reply me.can u help me! need more help

Did you receive an error, or were you unable to find the folder?
If it's the latter, be aware that %SystemRoot% refers to your Windows directory (typically C:\Windows), so %SystemRoot%\System32\WBEM\Repository would be found at C:\Windows\System32\WBEM\Repository.
A repair reinstall or System Restore to a date before this happened should also fix the problem.
