Suggestion on a new custom pc?

i was thinking of getting a new desktop and was quoted $1400 from cyberpowerpc.com. Here's the specs:

Mid Tower Casing
750W Thermaltake Toughpower
(Quad-Core) Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
CoolerMaster Liquid CPU Cooling System
ASUS P5N32-E nforce 680i SLI chipset LGA775 FSB1333 DDR2 Mainboard
4GB (2x2) of RAM
1x NVIDIA Geforce 8600GT

i was thinking of upgrading the graphic card to maybe to 2x NVIDIA 9 series when a better one is out. So what do you guys think? any suggestions? if possible i don't want to spend any more than this, but if you guys have good suggestion that the extra money if worth spending, i might consider about it

This is what i have after some changes:

Sagitta II Mid-Tower 420W Gaming Case
750W Thermaltake Toughpower
(Quad-Core) Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
CoolerMaster Liquid CPU Cooling System
Asus P5N-T Deluxe nForce 780i SLI Mainboard FSB1333 DDR2
1GB (512x2) of RAM (will be upgraded separately to 4GB)
1x NVIDIA Geforce 8600GT (will be upgraded to a 9000 series, waiting for a better one to come out)

and i was quoted for $1247 now.

As the others said you get very little for what you pay. You can build a considerably better pc for that price.

What exactly do you intend to do with it ?

The system you put down is around $1000... but made with crappy parts, expensive parts, and just... ??? parts. Liquid cooling is crap if you don't OC, and the 8600 sucks, period.

Go Custom. And if you have to stick with the 8600, go for the 8800GS MINIMUM.

Red Devil looks good but id change to the antec 900 and use the saved money and buy the OCZGameXstream.
