Mac Laptops on Ebay, Craigslist, etc.

I am looking for a cheap Apple laptop, just something that can be scaled up with more RAM, hard drive, etc. Can someone point me in a direction here?

Btw, which ones are the easiest to replace components in, in terms of compatibility? I am basically wanting a "toy".

Whats your budjet?
Also have to be careful cause i think the older 1's were harder to upgrade.

I could easily get one new but I am wanting something to repair to get a sense of satisfaction out of... Just so I could say, "I made this thing run"... You see what I'm saying, right?
