How can I install an operating program on a computer that only has a floppy drive??

I have a friend that was given an old computer. It needs an operating program. I want to install Windows 95 because I think the hardware would be able to handle it.......however the computer does not have a CD nor DVD drive.....it only has a floppy drive. How can I install Windows 95 on it??

Doesn't Windows 95 have a 13 floppy set? I could've sworn it did

Yea earlier 95 came with 13 floppies but later came on a CD. Hitch up an external CD maybe! if you don't have the floppies.
