DDR2 vs DDR3

I'm sorry after checking the links yes that ram will be faster than your current ram but will you be able to see a difference?I doubt it.
 
I would not go with DDR3 yet, as it's still insanely expensive. Any performance oyu are trying to gain by buying DDR3 instead could be put towards a better processor and/or video card.

As for the DDR2 memory, I would honestly just go with high quality DDR2-800 memory and overclock it yourself. You can buy 4GB of high quality DDR2-800 RAM for about $100.
