Help me with building!

Hi guys, I'm completely new at this building computer stuff. I don't have much know-how around a computer but I can do the basics.

I'm sick and tired of playing on my parents old and crappy computer and I'm looking forward to Warhammer Online. And I'm thinking theres no way that game will be able to run on this computer.

So here I am ready to absorb knowledge about how to build a CHEAP, fast good computer.

My price range is gonna be somewhere inbetween 800-1000 (including software?). So I'm hoping that you guys can help me out to figure out which parts i should use and not use.

Also I have to get software stuff and I'm completly at sea with that. Can that be added in the price range or does it have to be serperate. I don't know.

I have been reading some of the guides and they have been very helpful. But I always get confused with the names of the parts cause I can never remember them because so many numbers and random names.

Please help me!

It should be quite a good computer... Of course, it won't be able to deal with the most graphic intense games at max settings, but besides that, it will hold its own.

such as crisis or other games like that?

But will I be able to upgrade my video card whenever i need to?

So whatever i get here is not locked into stone?

Ya its not locked into stone, you have room for upgradability... Its not entirely wide open for the future, but for now, it pretty much is. Right now, the only things that could possibly hold you back is the PSU depending on how much power the GPU draws. AS for later, well its hard to predict, but I'd say that in a year or 2(maybe 3 ?) the mobo would suffer because its not quite the latest technology, its not quite a year old tho(if I remember right). But going for a newer mobo would cost a lot for not that much.

Actually, the Antec Sonata III is a case with a PSU of decent quality, that's why I suggested that one, but if you want that case, u may want to consider getting the Corsair 550VX PSU.

really? So i would get the case with Antec Sonata III. I didn't see any pictures. You think you could find me some pictures?

That or the Antec 900. Modular if you wanna be clean and neat. Non-modular if you like to run your cables through the back and look at bit messier
