Centurion 534: Extra Fan?

Hello,
I have a Centurion 534 (link below) and I was wanting to add some additional fans. If I add an 80mm fan under the air funnel over my processor, how beneficial will that be? I am also planning on adding a fan in the front to help cool the HDD. Thank you.

The fan in the front to cool the hdd is a very good idea.
However the one under the air funnel won't really help to much i think. You would be better of taking off the air funnel and getting a better heatsink (if you don't already have one). I'm not a big fan of air funnels anyway.

but yes you would be better off with an aftermarket HSF.

A lot of that is case/cpu-specific, though. I tried it with my setup and all I got was maybe 1-2*C lower temps and a whole lot more noise. It did sound cool for a few minutes because of the 'draft' effect though

With a fan/funnel setup, it's definitely one of those YMMV things.

i sorta have a similiar thing, like i had a air vent, i replaced it with a fan and the fan is an exhaust. should it be an intake or whaat?

yeah it has to be intake. cos otherwise it is sucking air when the cpu fan is pulling it in. i did that at first and it was horrible haha.
