Will this mobo fit for my setup?

the chipset in that motherboard is old, and i believe will not support that CPU. Even if it does, if you are going to spend the money on those other components, getting that motherboard would be a waste.

If you go to this webpage you will see that it supports 45nm and everything else needed, or am I wrong?

And what do you think of the PSU?
 
RedDevil6 - You've GOTTA be joking me! Honestly! How is the P35 chipset out of date!?

Also, wish a CMOS flash, it'd support ANY 45nm Quad...

i agree with reddevl. its not out of date really, but why get a p35 when there are newer chipsets now? especially since he is putting a lot of money into other brand new, high end components.
 
before you decide to go with the Q9300 i would read some reviews on it, and make sure you dont want to get the Q6600 instead. just throwing that out there. To me the q9300 seems like a waste of money. especially seeing that the 6600 is way more overclockable and has a much larger cache, not to mention the 9300 only has 100mhz more clock speed. the only plus to the q9300 is that is more energy efficient.

Hmmm.

That doesn't help me decide :P But I've figured out that I might go with the X38 instead, but now I'm uncertain about the CPU. LOL
 
just read alot. before i had the mobo and cpu in my sig i had something else, didnt read much about it and was very dissapointed, read alot, and made my decision about what i have now and couldnt be happier.

I've also read a lot so far, but I just don't want to make any wrong choices.

That might be the only good thing about not having enough money - the time you save them up, gives you time to find the right parts :)

Q9300 is slightly better than Q6600.

Some ppl mention Q6600 is having sales in US ($200)...
If $200 vs $300, definately Q6600...
