Hey i made a horrible mistake of buying a $6000.00 PC and was wondering if there is any way to install the mac OS onto it because vista is nothing but shit errors and problems i only like it to game on but thats pretty pointless considering i bought a nvidia quadro graphics card that is no good for gaming any way.

You can install MacOS but you would be breaking the law and their license agreement as you are not using a Mac machine. MacOS must be installed only on a Macintosh. Great alternatives to Macintosh is Mandriva or Linspire with the KDE desktop environment.

I didn't know it was illegal. That really sux because i run a business from my computer i would not like anything illegal involved. Looks like i am going to have to buy a mac. Oh well i suppose 2 comps are better than 1...

The more I use the Mac platform and learn its version of Unix the more I like it over windows, although it is not perfect. Then again, I have never ever used an OS that is perfect.

Well, since you can't LEGALLY install Mac on a PC you could try Linux. If you want to I would suggest either Ubuntu or Kubuntu, I prefer Kubuntu, but it's just about preference. You can set up the Kubuntu interface to work just like mac very easily if you want to.

I'm running mac on my pc using iATKOS and it even has the 10.5.2 update. I use it alot for final cut express 4.
