Question about installing a replacement fan

I want to quiet my computer down because the side fan is very loud. My only problem is I don't know how to wire it. Here is a picture of the wiring.

The two wires (one black and one red) that go straight down from that connector go to the fan.The wires above those two go up by or in the DVD drive. How would I replace this? (the fan is 80mm)

Buy an 80mm fan that runs at a lower RPM, or one engineered to run quieter at higher speeds. There will be no 're-wiring' per se, as when you buy the fan, you buy the complete package - just unplug the old and plug in the new to the same connector.

It isn't connected by itself. That whole connector on the left is one piece, with the two lower wires going to the fan, and the top 4 going to the dvd drive.
