ok i went on newegg an read alot of reviews on this PSU an it does not sound to bad besides the noies
Thermaltake 430W

Acer + 5ms sounds like a great monitor! For non-gaming use, 8ms would have done fine! Good choice :)

And the 8400GS is a fine card for regular use, email, and some shockwave games... It's not like she'll be playing Crysis :P

No problemo :)

Just a tip: If you plan on only using one pair of memory, look into the P31 and G31 series of motherboards.

If she is not going to play games then why get a graphics card at all, just the get an Asus P5kPL-VM, it has everything built in, it would save you even more. My experience with MSY is that they have long lines and very bad service. When one of my motherboard I bought from them stuffed up on the first power up, its a nightmare trying to get a replacement, I had to contact ASUS directly to get them to replacement. I went to the Ultimo one, maybe the auburn one is abit better I don't know.
Also the people there's English need to improve, their signs are pretty funny. "we reserve the right to sell any amount of quantities of item to our customer". Amount of quantities?????
MSY is cheap no doubt about it, but the reduction in price also translates in a reduction in customer service especially post sale service. I would rather pay 10% extra to get better service then go to them again.
