You are refering to Gigabyte?
They use 'T' to stand for the board using DDR3 RAM
They have both DDR2 and DDR3 models. So were the x48 a new release like in the past week or something? Cause I didn't see it a few weeks ago.
So x48 T means it runs ddr3 only or ddr2 AND ddr3?
Thank You
They can't do the same, they have different motherboards for either DDR2 or DDR3.But they can't do both at the same time? Or are there motherboards that have both RAM slots?
So if x48T has models for ddr2 or ddr3, then whats the point of x48?
So would it be possible to make a motherboard with two ddr2 slots and two ddr3 slots?
Yes it's possible, but you can't use both DDR2 and DDR3 at the same time.So would it be possible to make a motherboard with two ddr2 slots and two ddr3 slots? It would be like all the different PCI slots most motherboards have.
With Gigabyte the X48T is the DDR3 and the X48 is the DDR2 boardSo if x48T has models for ddr2 or ddr3, then whats the point of x48?
So the x48T can't run qx9770?
So is x48 better then x48T? or the other way around?
Lastly are there any good ddr3 memory out yet?
