Getting rid of partitions

I installed Linux on my laptop and it created a bunch of partitions on my hard drive. How do I get rid of them?

Delete them via Gparted and reformat to FAT or NTFS, or add the empty space to your existing Windows partition.

You need to reformat the hard drive

Can this be done in the Vista Partiton utility? (I dont have my laptop with me at the moment)

Probably not, but I'm unfamiliar with that area of Vista to say with absolute certainty. Regardless, just download this: http://www.fs-driver.org/. Once installed, it will let Windows read non-native file systems and you can delete/format, then if Vista allows it, add the newly-formatted partitions to your current one.
