i assume thats the 2.2ghz cpu? you can overclock it to 3.0 or 3.2 with decent enough cooling on it.
that will greatly increase the computer performance.

another 8800gt wont do much good unless your monitor is 24" above.
you will see some improvement, but not a whole lot.

i bought a second 8800gt for my 22" monitor and didnt see the performance increase i was hoping for.

what i do reccommend you do right away is upgrade your ram.
go for 4gb. its so cheap and with rebates you will get 4gb for about 60 dollar's.

i have a 24" 1920x1200 samsung monitor

btw im running a windows pro 32bit and i have been told it only maks use of 3Gb of ram#

could u give me a link

or some guide lines on how to overclock my cpu? i haven't done it before

Overclocking 101. Yes XP Pro 32 bit will only make use of around 3.25 GBs of RAM. It does this because there are not enough "addresses" left for the memory. A 64 bit OS does not have this limitation, it's limited to 128 GBs of RAM.

thanks if i over clock my E4500 to around 2.6GHz to 3.0GHz would getting another 8800gt be worth it on my 1920x1200 resolution?
