What RAM should I use?

I bought the GIGABYTE GA-EX38-DS4 LGA 775 Intel X38 ATX Intel Motherboard and I was wondering if I should use DD2 800, 1066 or 1200 RAM with this board. I will be doing light OC'ing and gaming on a CF setup with a RAID hard drive config. Thanks in advance!

Also, I'm using the Q9450 CPU.

You're saying that I should get the DDR2 1200 Patriot for the $100? Not the Patriot 800 that you have, right?

I was just saying go for the patriot because it's a company i ahve personally tried. G. skill is also a really good brand, but ive never used it.

I would have to agree with you there. Besides, DDR2 1000 is plenty for OC'ing. I would need to spend $200 for 4GB of the Patriot DDR2 1200 and it's overkill anyway. So I guess it's the 2x2 G.Skill then. Thanks!
