I bought a motherboard about half a year ago its the NVIDIA nForce 650i Ultra and the specs say it has one PCI express x 16 and currently I'm using a EVGA 8600 GTS video card on it (a pci xpress 16 card) and Im thinking about switching to the EVGA 8800GT which according to the specs is a PCI express x 16 2.0... I need to know if my motherboard can support the videocard cause its 2.0 and specs on my mobo doesn't specify if its compatible with 2.0 cards or not...

I have a PCI-e x16 (1) slot, and I'm running a PCI-e 2.0 card, it's backward compatible, so you'll be fine!

PCI-e v2.0 is backwards compatible, so you should have no problems. And don't buy the extra bandwith fairytale if you're going for an 8800GT, I'm getting 8800GT's in SLI on a 680i board which also does not have the PCI-e v2.0 controller on it :)

Foxconn been around for awhile. They use to do alot of OEM boards, guess they still do and they supply alot of parts to other motherboard makers. But there retail boards are kinda 50/50. When they first came out most of their boards were low end and got a bad reputation but they have made some pretty good quality boards lately. But I would still go with a Asus or Gigabyte.
