will it work??

i have been asking a lot of questions about graphics cards and i have come to the conclusoin that the nvidia 7600gt is the best card i am going to be able to get on my budget and becasue of me motherboard being apg. could someone tell me if this card is going to work in my pc

card requiments
Pentium 4/III/II/Celeron, AMD K6/Athlon or compatible with a AGP 8x slot
64MB of system memory
Installation software requires CD-ROM drive
DVD playback requires DVD drive

I've used a 7600gt for a week on a generic 250w @10amps. It functioned fine in that period. Nevertheless, I wouldn't recommend staying in such a low amperage situation for too long, the PSU could easily be strained to an early death or worse..

Look at the side sticker on the PSU. It should list the amperage on the +12v (ignore the -12v rail), it might look like this,
