PC Making Odd Noise, Have Video

Its coming from the top portion of the case (away from my HDD and DVD drive). its either the fan inside the power supply or the 120MM masscool exhaust fan. coincidentally, i ordered a new power supply and case fan along with my 9800GTX.
 
what kind of power supply? i heard somewhere that the coolermaster(cant remember the brand) power supplies tend to be loud
 
Sounds like a fan somewhere in your system going to me. I would take off your case cover and try to look inside your case while it's running to find where the noise is coming from.

I have determined the noise. Its the damn 120mm fan inside the power supply.
 
Just a warning in case you don't know. I would not attempt to open up a power supply since they have capacitors in them which means even unplugged the power supply holds an electrical charge (enough to kill a man) for possibly years after being unplugged.

dont buy junk, buy a good powersupply, so many cheap ones went bad on me
currnety i have a antec, three years and still going, crossing my fingers
i went through 3 power supplys in three day, come to find out my motherboard was killing them, lol
