Help with pc admin properties

Im witnessing a serious problem with my comp. I dont have the ability to install programs. And its affecting me downloading thins becuase it wont allow me to write to my c:// drive. Programs are now telling me im not the admin, i need to log on with admin credentials. Ha san yone ever encountered this before?

But to work im perfect. It always telling me "files are not online available", and "network connection is encountering problems', i always get this at home and its frustrating.

I have mcafee 8.5i installed, driver updater pro, everything else are typical programs...i dont know what to do.....please advise
 
I am on an admin account, i even went as far as to add my self to all the groups in the groups section . Yes it is my personal pc, which i just recently formatted....and i did something that i thought of and put my email address where the username is supposed to be, so on my hime scree i have !@#$%%^&@hotmail.com, that i have to log my p/w under

The pc is junked up but no infections that I can see. We will let other people go over i though. To clean the pc up put a check next to the following things and press fix.

Are your system startups slow? If so then go to run and type "msconfig" w/o quotes. Then go the "startup" tab and then uncheck any program that you dont want to startup when ou logon. Reducing the amount of startup apps will greatly increase your startup time and your pc will run way smoother.
 
You have developers debugging tools installed, why is this? That is optional third party Microsoft software that is not standard in XP. Is this an OEM copy or a factory load from the company that made the computer?

k, so i dont need to remove it, i thin k i have the problem fixed now, but i noticed this before, ill take something out, and it will work, then cut off again....
