So I finally tried doing several of the same picture and it turned out fairly well I think... it's my little brother.

Turned out pretty cool. Are there any programs that do this automatically?
Not that I know of... I just used GiMP and the actual editing took about 5 minutes... so it's pretty simple. You just take some pictures (# of pictures = # of people in the final product) on a tripod with your subject changing positions every frame, then put them in GiMP or Photoshop with a layer for each picture. Starting on the top layer erase the section on the top picture where your subject is beneath it... merge the layers as you go down.

Haha pretty funny, my friend asked me to do that sometime, never got to do it
You should do it... it's fun and barely takes any time at all.
