I need a new PC and wanted something small enough to nicely fit on my desk. So here's my selection, please give me some feedback:

All in One card reader NMEDIAPC ZE-C118 9 (already bought)

Blue Ray Burner LG WH10LS30 $80

I'm not a gamer, so will I need a video card? I'm using a 37" 1080p LCD TV for my monitor, not sure if it matters. I found GeForce GT 430 for cheap, but not sure which to go with:

This PC will be used for light Photoshop work, Skype, college courses and a bad habit of opening 15 separate web pages at once on Firefox.
Any tips on items to avoid or swap out that are on my list? Or places you think I can save a few bucks? I plan to have the rest of the items purchased by Monday.
Thanks for the help.
