I have a Sapphire 7950 and OCed it to 1200 MHz without voltage tweaking and it gave me way more than just 2 fps in BF3 and Skyrim.

why OC a 7950? It should give you far more than 60FPS on everything out anyway. Knowing that, assuming you do not have a 120Hz monitor, you are not going to see any difference. Again, you are basing the merits of the card on overclocking. It does not matter to a average computer user.

I have come to the conclusion that using the same advice giving strategy on other forums like THG don't work here.

If you are looking for cheap desktop for gaming then you need to buy the i7 processor and 2Gb nvidia Graphics card.
