Hi guys, My parent's desktop has a problem with its HDD as of lately. From what I understood, it might be due to a lightning storm killing the power in our house. After that, the HDD was not found when booting. When I start the computer, it looks for iPv4 and iPv6 then gives me the no HDD...

Ya don't get such viruses from just doing what you said ya know? :D I would suggest installing Avast Free and Malwarebyte free too. You don't need the paid version from any of these two.

Having two live scanners can create conflicts between the two. I have both the paid malwarebytes and free avast. No problem there. By the way, an A-V is essential.

What gave it away? He's a friend of mine. We wanted to make sure the build was ok, and that we couldn't do something better for the same price.

I'm going to suggest Elite Dangerous although it doesn't fit in the category you mentionned :D Other than that I really enjoyed Far Cry 4. I haven't tried any recent FPS games though...

I don't think I've ever done a 100% finished in any GTA to be honest... They're very long to finish if you don't stop at the story line.

I finally found some time to play another game than Elite Dangerous :D (well actually I'm waiting for a friend so we can live stream our departure from a waypoint in exploration). I have to say, This War Of Mine is pretty damn good!

I'll go with the classics, AoE II, Stronghold, C & C, maybe Far Cry 4 and then... ELITE DANGEROUS. That game changed my gaming life, in fact, I rarely play anything else. FEAR scared the hell out of me when I played it for the first time. At Night. No lights in my room. Awesome experience.

AoE II after someone installed AoE on the computer my family had back then. Still play this game to this day!

Sorry for not answering sooner, with 700 max you can get a decent Asus or Lenovo. No need to go used. I'll look at the specs needed for your games after work. Where are you buying from?
