    Battlefield 3 Thread

I think, in terms of multiplayer, it will be more or less the same old Battlefield. I can't see them changing much of the core game.

Ok so it's the 29th now and I don't see any sign of the beta or where to download it in Origin. Anyone else not finding it? edit- nvm found out it will be released "at some point today"... does me a lot of good when I try to have it downloading at home while I go to work and the morning is the...

    Battlefield 3 Thread

I thought it was on the 29th... which would depend on time zone theoretically, but maybe they made it so it was 12:00AM at some specific time zone.

    RoadRunner Turbo vs Standard

I have RR Turbo and my speeds are 12Mbps on a very good day. I never get the speeds I pay for and it pisses me off. I've called and complained to no avail. Here's what I got just now:

Scratch Build: The Ultimate Computer Desk

Could you use a modified (or custom-built) floor vent style cover to go over both the furnace filter and cpu vent? Something in the style of this (but obviously a different size/color): If you did it right it would probably slide in nice and snug around the edges. Might not be possible, but...

GTX 580 SLI Upgrade Question Help Appreciated!

I'd say it would be right on the edge, especially because you have an OC'ed CPU. Full power consumption of SLI GTX 580's can be seen here: http://www.guru3d.com/article/geforce-gtx-580-sli-review/14 I'd go with a 900-1000W PSU with at least 70A on the +12V rail to be safe.

Need Help buying a new computer

The short answer is no, it won't be able to. It has integrated graphics which basically undermines the i7 and the 8GB of RAM. You'll need to find a computer with its own dedicated graphics card. It says that computer does have an available PCI-E slot so if you wanted to you could purchase your...

    Decent Gaming PC for $1300.

I have Gigabyte's Z68X-UD4-B3 and I couldn't be any happier with it, and it cost me $149.99 when I bought it, think it went back to $159.99.

    Decent Gaming PC for $1300.

With a $1300 budget you could get a better video card than a 6950. You could get at least a 6970 or GTX 570 or if you stretch it you could budget in a GTX 580.
