Some of the first things I do on a fresh install are uninstall OneDrive and disable all notifications. Not once have I been bothered by or felt forced to use OneDrive. All doable via GUI, no need for Shutup10 for this.

On my main PC I've played with everything at 60hz from 1024x768 to 2560x1440, highest and lowest settings, never with V-Sync though. Always 250-450 FPS and I've never had an issue. My friend with 3-4000 hours in CSGO dropped from ~350 to ~250 FPS (on Windows) going from an Intel 6700K to a Ryzen 7 2700X, which he wasn't too happy about. But he can live with it, since his Gentoo compiles about 2-3x faster now.

Rufus for single ISO bootable USBs, and YUMI for multi-ISO booting. The ISO downloader supports downloading straight to USB, but I prefer having the ISO on hand and doing it myself. Else you'd need to download the ISO again if your USB got messed up.
