Why? Warranty? That's refurbished anyway, so it's not technically new. AFAIK 570s will run 1080p with no problems, whereas 560tis run into some problems.

I'd definitely go for something used, and as a matter of fact just did. Used 570 will be pretty good. Stretch to a 7870 if you can find one. I picked one for a mate for $200AUD used, which is probably about your 130 pounds.

This. With DBAN, you don't have to do anything to the computer other than burn a disc or use a USB to run it.

you can also use DBAN, which nukes the drive. Formatting it is probably easier.

For a little more you could probably get a set of M-Audio or some Audioengine speakers. If it was me I'd go for second hand though.

For the budget you've got, I would just go with a set of 2.0 computer speakers. Otherwise, look around on the second hand market.

It depends what resolution your screen is. At 1920x1080, I think you'll be struggling.

I'm going to have to do it eventually, but at the moment that's the first time I've run out of space, and it was because I didn't clear the card before.
