i reshared the folder and voila i have acces again!!

my computer is winxp and computer im on now is vista

another post of mine was wondering how i could share pics and stuff with other computers and normally i can enter //"username" and i have access to all the files that are shared files but recently i cant access all of them...at least from another computer....so do i have to re share folders?

when i go to make a vide in movie maker it gives me "a video capture device was not found" even though ive been able to use it through the my computer and webcam thing...works just fine but in WMM i go to create a video using it and i get this error...each and every time...restarted the webcam...

figured it out...unable to change any of this settings i entered \\"computername" into the windos explorer and voila and i have acces to shared folders..and now all i have to do is share mote files!!

thats great but the other day you posted the firewall sharing thing and there was no network discovery is there any way to add it to the thing thats like te 1st responce images

just found out that turning off the firewall allows me you to connect wirelessly to computers that have win xp and previous to transfer files over but if i turn the firewall on that dissapears!!! how do i fix that???
